Bricks Box – Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a Bricks Box subscription or product, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Brand Acknowledgement

Bricks Box kits are not affiliated with or endorsed by LEGO® or any other brand. The bricks included are fully compatible with standard brick sets, but are not branded LEGO®. By purchasing, you acknowledge that Bricks Box products are independently designed and manufactured.

2. Age Guidance

Each Bricks Box kit is designed with a specific age range in mind. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept the recommended age guidance listed on each product. Adult supervision may be required for younger builders.

3. Health and Safety Warning

Bricks Box kits contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard to children under 3 years of age. These products are not suitable for toddlers. Please keep all components out of reach of young children and supervise play where necessary.

4. Subscription and Shipping

Subscriptions renew according to the selected plan unless paused or cancelled through your account. Boxes are shipped during the first week of each month, and delivery times may vary by location.

5. Missing or Damaged Items

If your kit arrives with missing or damaged parts, please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We’ll arrange for any missing pieces to be sent out promptly.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our kits, we cannot offer returns on opened boxes. However, if your box arrives damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
