Returns and Refunds

At Bricks Box, we are committed to providing a fun and rewarding building experience for our subscribers. Please read the following policy carefully regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your Bricks Box subscription at any time through your online account. Once cancelled, your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing period and will not renew.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for subscriptions that are already in progress.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent out to you at no additional cost. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and photos of the item received.

Change of Mind

As Bricks Box kits are curated and packed to order, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns due to change of mind.
